ASVAB Explained (2026): Format, AFQT Score, Retest Rules & How to Study

Audio from the Open Exam Hub video of the same name; the video shows the numbers and practice questions on screen.

The ASVAB in plain English: the computer-adaptive format and 135 questions, the ten tests, how the four-test AFQT percentile works (there is no single pass mark), where you take it, a practice question, a study approach, and the one-month, one-month, six-month retest rules. Facts checked against the official ASVAB site as of October 2026; each service sets its own minimum AFQT, so ask a recruiter for the current number.
