Whole grain cereal: "made with whole grain" tells you some whole grain is in the box, not how much. We use the FDA's description of a whole grain, the first ingredient test on Cheerios, Honey Bunches of Oats and a Froot Loops Mashup, the Whole Grain Stamp, and look-alike words like bran and khorasan flour (as of October 2026).
